Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
1 year of PTA experience is required.
Experience in Long Term Care or Rehabilitation is required.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shift: Days
Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, flexible start time between 6 AM and 10 AM
Weekend Requirement: No weekends unless a holiday falls within Monday to Friday.
