Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida state license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) post-graduate experience required. (Client requirement.)
• Proficiency with PCC or NetHealth documentation systems preferred. (Client preference.)
• Experience managing a high volume of evaluations in a fast-paced building preferred. (Client preference.)

• Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
• Overtime threshold: After 40 hours.
