Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida state license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) post-graduate experience required. (Client requirement.)
- Proficiency with PCC or NetHealth documentation systems preferred. (Client preference.)
- Experience managing a high volume of evaluations in a fast-paced building preferred. (Client preference.)

- Facility type: Assisted Living Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Shift length: 8H Day.
- Float required: No.
- Charge required: No.
- Guaranteed hours: 35 hours per week.
- Overtime threshold: After 40 hours.
- Start: ASAP. Assignment duration: 13 Week.
