Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
  • Experience working in outpatient clinic settings preferred.
  • Experience delivering evaluations and therapeutic interventions for musculoskeletal and post-operative populations preferred.
  • Ability to document thoroughly in electronic medical records systems required. Experience with common outpatient EMRs preferred.
  • Current CPR/BLS and any state-mandated screenings or immunizations required prior to start.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: AM 8 (typical 5x8 day schedule).
  • Assignment Length: 13 week assignment.
  • Start Target: VMS target start date in April 2026.
