Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Active West Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. This includes working with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and long-term care residents.
Ability to perform standard PT procedures including therapeutic exercise, gait training, transfers, balance training, and use of common rehabilitation equipment such as Hoyer lifts and walkers.
Minimum of one year of clinical experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab preferred.
Current TB screening and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility policies.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
Shift: Days.
Shift Hours: 0800-1630.
Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 35.
Meal Break: 30 minutes.
