Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Pennsylvania PT license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) environments preferred.
  • Experience with restorative programs, mobility training, and documentation for long-term care settings preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads typical of a SNF and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift: Days.
  • Shift hours: 0800-1630.
  • Schedule: Sunday through Saturday available (VMS work days indicate coverage across all days; actual scheduled days will be confirmed by the recruiter).
  • Guaranteed hours noted as 35 per week.
  • Contract length: 14 weeks.
