Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Washington State Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Client prefers prior experience with long-term care residents, restorative programs, and documentation for SNF settings.
• Ability to manage caseloads typical for skilled nursing, including documentation in electronic medical records.
• Current immunizations and any facility-required health screenings as requested by the client.
• Preferred: Experience with fall prevention programs, restorative nursing collaboration, and use of mobility equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts. Preferred: prior travel or contract therapy experience.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours (VMS): 35 hours per week.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
