Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required or must be obtained prior to start.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Must be familiar with treating older adults and common post-acute conditions.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation in a skilled nursing setting preferred.
  • Ability to work scheduled facility hours and coordinate with interdisciplinary team. Prior travel or contract experience is preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Meal break: 30 minutes.
  • Assignment length: 14 weeks.
  • Guaranteed hours per week: 35.
