Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
  • Active Maryland state Physical Therapist license is required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities preferred.
  • Experience with common SNF documentation systems and restorative nursing programs preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads typical of long-term care and post-acute populations. Preferred: experience with geriatrics, balance and fall prevention, and post-operative protocols.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
  • Contract Length: 14 weeks.
