Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• West Virginia PT license (Can accept compact licenses)
• Home Health experience preferred

• Shift: Days
• Working Hours: 0800-1700
• Days of the Week: Monday to Friday
• No weekends or on-call required
