Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Mississippi PT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience treating geriatric and post-acute populations preferred.
• Experience with documentation systems and standard SNF procedures preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630, Monday through Friday.
• Guaranteed weekly hours: 35.
• Assignment length: 14 weeks.
• Position may require providing care across facility units; candidate should be willing to float as needed.
