Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by APTA.
  • Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Client-specific requirement: ability to manage caseloads typical for skilled nursing facilities and provide documentation consistent with SNF standards.
  • Preferred: prior experience with restorative therapy and work in post-acute care environments.

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
  • Days of Week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Contract Length: 15 weeks.
