Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in a school setting located in Cardington, OH. This role focuses on providing physical therapy services to students in grades Pre-K through 5th grade. The position is a contract opportunity, offering a 37.5-hour workweek, with two openings to be filled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to students in early childhood and elementary school settings.
• Manage a caseload consisting of Pre-K to 5th grade students.
• Collaborate with educators and other school staff to support student success and health.
• Monitor and document student progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Ohio.
• Experience in school-based physical therapy preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with young children and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
