Job Description

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you will use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

  • PharmD required.
  • Active Oregon Pharmacist License (RPh).
  • Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience.
  • Current experience as the pharmacist for an oncology center in a hospital or infusion center.
  • Oncology pharmacy experience required, including chemotherapy medication preparation and hazardous drug compounding.
  • Experience collaborating with oncology nurses and providers in a hospital pharmacy or infusion setting.


Assignment Details

  • Facility type: Hospital.
  • Primary specialty: Pharmacist — Clinical Pharmacy, Oncology.
  • Shift name: Days.
  • Shift details: 8 Hour Days; schedule Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • Contract length: 26 weeks.
  • Guaranteed: 40 hours per week.
  • Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation with the pharmacy team.
