Pharmacist - Travel Job

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Utah required to start.
• Experience: At least 6 months of pharmacy practice experience preferred. Client prefers experience in hospital or acute care pharmacy settings.
• Experience with hospital medication distribution systems, sterile compounding, and medication reconciliation preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and computerized provider order entry (CPOE) systems preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a Level IV trauma center and emergency department environment preferred.

Client notes this facility is a Joint Commission accredited 39-bed hospital that functions as a Level IV Trauma Center and a Stroke Receiving Facility. The emergency department receives a high patient volume and is staffed 24 hours daily. Local hire consideration applies when the candidate is within 60 miles of the facility.
