Pharmacist Job - Full Time

We're partnering with a local client to find a licensed pharmacist for a full-time position. In this role you will use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and compassionate distribution of medications to individuals managing a range of physical and mental health conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of FL.
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Familiarity with medication management systems, medication returns, and automated e-kit processes.
• Experience supervising and managing pharmacy technicians, including oversight of technician licensure and staffing schedules.
• Ability to manage inventory and medication ordering processes.
• Ability to evaluate medication administration for conformity with prescriber orders.
• Compliance with State Board of Pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Maintain required continuing education credits and current licensing in practicing state(s).
• Experience completing administrative tasks such as new hire and payroll processes preferred.
• Ability to assume Director of Pharmacy responsibilities when required, under regional supervision.
