What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new commercial insurance accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
  • Assess client exposures and design tailored coverage strategies
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and bind coverage
  • Collaborate with internal service and account management teams to support ongoing client needs
  • Ensure compliance with carrier guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within AMS360

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty License (Rhode Island license a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of personal lines sales experience
  • Experience working with small to mid-market accounts
  • Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems
  • Knowledge of insurance products including GL, BOP, contractors, hospitality, business auto, and commercial property
