Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, serving 1-2 school sites in Loma, CO. The role offers a balanced schedule with approximately 50-55% direct time working with students and 45-50% dedicated to indirect time, including planning and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to students as per individual education plans
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement individualized therapy
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policies
- Participate actively in meetings and professional development
Qualifications and Experience:
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Colorado
- Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
- Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within a school setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
