Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) is needed to support students at two school sites serving Kindergarten through 6th grade in Marvell, AR. The position starts on August 17, 2026, and concludes May 29, 2027. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a K-6 caseload with a maximum of 20 students.
Key Qualifications:
- Licensed or credentialed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Experience or interest in pediatrics and school-based service delivery
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not required
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 20 students across two school sites
Location:
- Marvell, Arkansas (two school locations)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in grades K-6
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to student progress and therapy goals
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
