The Painter/Coater is responsible for applying coatings according to established procedures while meeting quality and production requirements.
Hours: 1st shift 6am-230pm
Hours: 2nd shift 2pm-1030pm
Days: Monday-Friday

Job Requirements:
- Apply coatings according to established procedures while meeting quality and production requirements.
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure alignment on daily tasks and priorities.
- Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies in collaboration with supervision.
- Maintain reliable attendance and promptly report quality or operational issues to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments
- Use inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, mechanical gages)
- Basic understanding of technical written instructions.
