Position Summary

Join our dedicated team and play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely deliveries, pickups, and yard moves using company-owned vehicles. You'll work closely with dispatch and plant management to keep operations running smoothly while upholding our commitment to safety and quality.

What You'll Do

1. Safety First: Follow all company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures to help us achieve our Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals.
2. Operate in compliance with CSA 2010 7 Basics.
3. Complete truck and trailer inspections, yard checks, and required paperwork.
4. Make deliveries, pickups, and yard moves as directed by dispatch and plant management.
5. Communicate effectively with management, site personnel, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
6. Maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
7. Perform sanitation and housekeeping practices ("Clean as You Go") in assigned equipment.
8. Lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout your shift.
9. Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years of Over-the-Road driving experience with a clean record.
• License: Current CDL Class A and DOT Physical.
• Ability to pass random drug screenings.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and safety.
