*All qualified candidates will be required to complete a screening survey with Bluecrew to confirm experience. You may also be asked to interview with the onsite managers, prior to being schedule for a working interview.
Schedule details: Schedules are rolling, requiring employees to work 5 out of 7 days each week. Specific days and hours may vary based on business needs.
As an Outbound Associate, you’ll be responsible for preparing customer orders for timely and accurate shipment. This includes picking, packing, staging, and loading packages onto delivery vehicles. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
-Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on inventory and shipment requirements
-Verify outbound shipments against order details to ensure accuracy
-Label and stage packages in preparation for loading
-Load packages into delivery vehicles in a safe and organized manner
-Maintain clean and organized outbound staging areas
-Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
-Report any order discrepancies or issues to the shift supervisor
-Meet productivity and quality standards set by the Operations team
Qualifications
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout your shift
-Strong attention to detail and time management skills
-Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment role is a plus
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-Availability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
***General Requirements***
Forklift
When working in a Forklift Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:
- Independently operate a seated, stand-up, or cherry picker-type lift, depending on the position based on best safety practices and supervisor direction.
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Loading and unloading inventory in a safe and responsible manner
- Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Some jobs may require safety (steel-toed) boots
- If you have your certification, please be sure to bring it with you
