Warehouse And Shipping/Receiving Position
Receives, inspects, stores and distributes raw material, components, sub-assemblies and other products within the warehouse and Shipping/Receiving.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working more directly with internal departments.
- Making more decisions on one's own to balance department workload.
- Performs minor troubleshooting.
- Recommends improvement ideas and solutions with involvement from the Plant Management Team.
- Capable of recognizing problems or discrepancies and making corrections using advanced Inventory Control Systems screens.
- Work on his/her own and help answer questions from less qualified associates.
- Moderate troubleshooting skills required.
- Receives orders and enters data into SAP & RHOADS system.
- Convey or appropriately move materials and items from receiving to appropriate work centers or staging areas.
- Sorts and places materials or items on floor, pallets, racks, shelves, mini-load bins or carousel locations, according to material segregation guidelines.
- Fills requisitions or requests for materials or other stock items and distributes items to necessary work centers.
- Picks assembly orders from stock and provides them to appropriate department.
- Marks materials with identifying information.
- Weighs or counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
- Maintains stock orientation in primary and secondary storage locations.
- Uses computer to enter transactions and maintains inventory record accuracy by doing cycle counts audits.
- Does SAP transactions to issue orders, move or adjust inventory and perform shop floor moves.
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned in a safe and efficient manner.
- Capable of using lift equipment and other warehouse equipment.
- Visual verification and manual dexterity are required.
- Results Oriented and ability to learn the various order fulfillment functions.
- Close attention to detail required.
- Basic computer skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers.
- Can work with a high degree of independence.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be fully qualified as a Level 2 Order Fulfillment Operator, meeting all skills/knowledge, performance, and competency requirements.
- To be fully qualified as a Level 3 Order Fulfillment Operator, you must meet all skills/knowledge, performance, and competency requirements to be eligible to move to Order Fulfillment Operator Level 4.
Preferred:
- Basic warehouse knowledge preferred
- JLG level- OF2 OF3
- Capable of using tow motors, lift assist equipment and other warehouse equipment. Some visual verification and manual dexterity are required. Results-oriented and ability to learn the various order fulfillment functions.

Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- Capable of using tow motors, lift assist equipment and other warehouse equipment. Some visual verification and manual dexterity are required. Results-oriented and ability to learn the various order fulfillment functions.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift Kegs and Boxes regularly between 25 - 35 pounds and occasionally between 35 - 50 pounds. Considerable standing, stooping, bending and reaching is required.
- May be required to pass pre-employment and annual Vision Acuity tests
