Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed for a full-time contract position in the Midland, GA area, supporting school-based therapy services. This opportunity involves working directly within schools to provide essential OT services that support student development and academic success.

Location: Midland, GA (near Columbus, GA)
Position Type: Contract, Onsite
Duration: ASAP through May 21, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)
Caseload: Determined based on candidates experience, preferences, and district needs

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Georgia OT license required
  • Minimum of one year pediatric clinical experience in occupational therapy preferred
  • COTAs with school experience are encouraged to apply and may be prioritized
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric OT practices within a school setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students in the school environment
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Assess student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
