Occupational Therapist School Setting - Longmont, CO

Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An occupational therapy professional is needed to support a K-8 caseload in a school setting located in Longmont, CO. This part-time contract position offers 12 hours per week from August 13, 2026, through May 20, 2027, providing a valuable opportunity to work onsite and make a meaningful impact on student development.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing occupational therapy services tailored to K-8 students
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the educational framework
• Assessing student needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions accordingly
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to engage with children across diverse age groups and needs
