Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services in Winter Haven, FL. This contract position supports K-12 students with diverse needs, offering direct intervention to enhance their functional abilities within the educational environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized OT services aligned with student IEP goals
- Utilizing pediatric assessment tools such as PDMS (Peabody Developmental Motor Scales), BOT (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test), and VMI (Visual-Motor Integration)
- Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement therapy plans
- Maintaining accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports to monitor student advancement
- Managing a caseload of K-12 students, tailoring interventions to optimize developmental and academic outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Florida is required
- Proven pediatric skills with proficiency in administering PDMS, BOT, and VMI assessments
- Experience working within a school setting preferred

- Contract duration: Immediate start through 5/29/2026
- Schedule: 38.75 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Location: Winter Haven, FL
