A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available in a school setting in Coachella, CA, offering an exciting opportunity to support student development and success. This role is ideal for Occupational Therapists with school-based experience who are ready to start immediately and commit to the remainder of the current school year plus the following academic year.

Location:

• Coachella, California

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Immediate start (ASAP) through End of School Year (EOSY) plus the next academic year (2026/2027)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services to students within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Monitor student improvement and adjust therapy strategies as necessary
• Participate in evaluations and provide relevant documentation to comply with school policies

Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid certification to practice in California
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles and school systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records
