Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time occupational therapy role is based in Glendale, AZ, supporting K-8 students in a school setting. The position is contract-based, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule to provide therapeutic services that enhance students functional abilities and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students in a school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each students needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate effectively with the team
- Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Active Arizona OT License and IVP (Identifying Information Page) Card required
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings highly valued
- Strong clinical and communication skills focused on pediatric populations
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
