Occupational Therapist School Setting in Glendale, AZ

Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time occupational therapy role is based in Glendale, AZ, supporting K-8 students in a school setting. The position is contract-based, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule to provide therapeutic services that enhance students functional abilities and academic success.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-8 students in a school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet each students needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate effectively with the team
• Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona OT License and IVP (Identifying Information Page) Card required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy, home health, healthcare, and teletherapy settings highly valued
• Strong clinical and communication skills focused on pediatric populations
• Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday
