An opportunity is available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support a K-12 caseload within a school district setting in Colorado Springs, CO. This contract role offers 30 hours per week and is set to conclude on May 21, 2026. The position requires delivering specialized occupational therapy services across the district, addressing the diverse needs of students to enhance their academic performance and daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques as needed to maintain consistent therapy delivery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
  • Proficiency in teletherapy methods and healthcare-based occupational therapy.
  • Experience with home health occupational therapy is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions appropriately.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO district-wide placement supporting multiple schools.
