Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity is available in Fremont, CA, on a contract basis through the end of the current school year. This part-time position, approximately 10 hours per week with days to be determined, supports students in grades K-12. Hours are expected to increase as the school year progresses.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to support K-12 student age groups effectively
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the educational needs of students
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation consistent with school and regulatory requirements
