Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Occupational Therapist Opportunity Fort Lupton, CO (Approx. 35 Minutes NE of Denver)

This full-time, contract position offers 37.5 hours per week serving K-12 students with a caseload shared between multiple buildings within the district. The role is based in Fort Lupton, CO, with proximity to the Denver area, making it an excellent fit for professionals seeking a rewarding position in a vibrant school community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students across multiple school buildings.
• Collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who assists with supervision and caseload sharing.
• Implement evaluation, treatment, and documentation in accordance with school district policies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required.
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification must be in process and active prior to the start of the upcoming school year.
• Experience working in school settings preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage caseload and collaborate with educational staff.
