Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Occupational Therapist position supports elementary school students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade with a focus on early school (ES) placement. Based in Bucyrus, OH, the role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' development in a supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades PK-5, addressing individual needs and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments, provide interventions, and monitor progress to support students' educational success
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and provide expertise on OT strategies to enhance student engagement and learning

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Ohio (OH OT license required)
  • Experience working in school-based occupational therapy preferred, especially with PK-5 populations
  • Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices and educational frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
