Nurse Supervisor (LPN) - Adult Day Care

MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve.

 

Supervisor, Health Services – Adult Day Care
Location: Dorchester, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 + $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role:

As a Health Services Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while leading a dedicated clinical team. What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and supervise two or more RNs and/or LPNs/LVNs, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
• Monitor and support the overall health and medical needs of participants
• Oversee medication administration, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Evaluate nursing care and maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Coordinate staff orientation, training, and ongoing professional development

What You Bring:

• Current Massachusetts LPN licensure (required)
• 2 years of management experience (preferred, not required)
• Minimum 2 years working with adults in a healthcare setting (preferred, not required)
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• A compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented approach
