Purchasing & Sourcing

Lead strategic sourcing activities for NPD programs, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps.

Partner with engineering and operations early in the design cycle to influence manufacturability and cost.

Identify, evaluate and develop global suppliers for new technologies, materials, and production methods.

Negotiate complex supply agreements balancing innovation, cost, quality, and delivery.

Develop sourcing strategies supporting scalability and risk mitigation.

Drive total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis and lifecycle cost management. Manage supplier performance metrics and support continuous improvement.

Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure supplier compliance.

Collaboration & Teamwork

Serve as an escalation point for procurement, Engineering, and Project Management teams.

Actively participate in meetings and project teams to facilitate information exchange.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Communicate timely and accurate information to relevant personnel.

Effectively resolve supplier issues and maintain functional purchasing information.

Model trustworthiness, active listening, and straightforward communication.

Additional Responsibilities

Support engineering teams with raw material orders.

Operate with minimal supervision.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary range $100,000-$110,000
