TransForce is seeking a Non-CDL Box Truck to support Local operations based in Roanoke, VA.

Temp-to hire: This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Details: 

• Schedule: Mon-Fri (may have future weekend shifts open) / 1st Shift (may have pm shifts available in the future) / home daily
• Pay: $20 Per hour
• Route Type: Local
• Freight / Load Type: Retail products - donated goods
• Equipment: Non-CDL box truck 24ft 
• Handling: Loading/unloading using hand cart and by hand 

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Minimum Requirements: 

• License: Non-CDL
• Experience: 1+years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Endorsements: None
• Equipment Experience: Box truck
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

Non-CDL Box Truck Driver Responsibilities: 

• Safely operate Non-CDL BoxTruck on local routes
• Transport & deliver plumbing supplies to different job sites and commercial customer locations
• Perform required handling tasks loading/unloading using hand cart, pallet jack and by hand.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role, loading/unloading products climbing in and out of box truck
