Night Operations Associate

*If you accept the night shift job starting on 10/11, you must be willing to come in 3 days from 6am - 4:30pm for training between 10/04-10/10 as you will be our very first group of night shifters! Expect a call from our LEAD, Dylan Frank to confirm which days you can come in for training. If you cannot come in for training, you will be removed from the job.*

We will train, no experience required. We are looking for great attitudes, punctuality, and people with a passion for trading cards and collectibles.

Once you are signed up and on the job, you can expect a call from our LEAD, Dylan Frank, to confirm your start date and answer questions. You will also receive a First Day Orientation packet via email.

Quick tips before your first day:

• Headphones are encouraged. You may listen to music while working; however, please remain focused and avoid using your phone for non-work-related activities.
• Running late, calling out, or requesting time off? Please text Dylan as soon as possible. Any planned time off must be requested and approved in advance.
• Snacks are provided! Feel free to help yourself, but please be mindful and take only what you need so everyone has an opportunity to enjoy them.
• No food, drinks, or personal bags are allowed on the production floor. Please keep all personal belongings in designated storage areas.

**Receive, organize, and process collectible items accurately.

**Prepare and package orders for shipment.

**Pull inventory for customer and auction orders.

**Update inventory records and maintain accurate tracking.

**Inspect items for quality and verify serial numbers.

**Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks.

**Support other departments as needed.

**Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred.

**Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.

**Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Able to handle high-value items with care and integrity.

**Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

**Stand for extended periods.

**Lift and move boxes and inventory.

**Bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
