Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: TrioWFS Program - Main.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Certifications are required to be included at time of submission.

Required Skills/Experience: CT experience.

X-Ray experience.

Special Requests: RTO must be included in submission. Any RTO uploaded after offer/acceptance may not be approved.

Shift & Scheduling: Shift Notes: Friday (5a-5:30p), Saturday and Sunday, 5a-5p

Weekend Requirements: Every weekend

On Call Requirements: Friday & Sunday, 5p-5a

5 days maximum time off
