Job Details
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum components
Fabricate and repair parts for industrial and diesel equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and shop drawings
Ensure weld quality meets structural and cosmetic standards
Support general shop work including fitting, grinding, and assembly
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of MIG and/or TIG welding experience
Ability to weld in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead)
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
Experience working with heavy equipment or industrial components preferred
High attention to detail and commitment to safety
