Material Handler Plant 5 Upper D Shift

Knowledge | Experience | Skills

Must be able to read and speak English proficiently. General knowledge in injection molding. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer experience. Valid TM assigned forklift license required. Must have been in a Back Up Material Handler position for a minimum of 3 months.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensures that raw material needed for production is ready and available at all times. Assists in the change over process. Responsible for unloading, cleaning, and reloading of material hoppers. Responsible for transporting material to and from production area and warehouse. Ensure that grinders, color feeders, and other related equipment is cleaned. Maintain appropriate documentation relating to material system. Perform daily color checks and document in color LDR book Clean and maintain loader system vacuum pumps, filters and mixer rooms. Document PM's to equipment in Maximo Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Responsible for identifying and weighing raw materials. Other duties as assigned Maintain 100% class room training as required
