What You'll Need to Get the Job Done

Warehouse experience required (FedEx/UPS related is preferred)
Steel-toe shoes
Computer skills
Stay on your feet, lifting 50 lbs. through the shift
Experience using RF scanners
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout an 810 hour shift
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork attitude
Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment that may be warm during Texas summers
Use RF scanner and pick sheets to locate and verify order details
Accurately pick items by confirming part numbers and quantities
Pay close attention to similar part numbers to prevent mis-shipments
Verify quantities when pulling from multi-unit boxes
Maintain high accuracy standards for order fulfillment
Cross-train in multiple departments and assist where needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace
