Field Service Technician: What You Will Be Doing

  • Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues by diagnosing problems and delivering effective solutions to customers.
  • Assemble and configure machinery, including wiring, panel setup, and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with automation and vision programming teams to address system-level or software-related challenges at customer sites.
  • Conduct machine testing, alignment, and data collection to verify performance and meet customer acceptance requirements.
  • Manage customer support issues end-to-end, including escalation when needed, while also providing training and clear project updates. 


Field Service Technician: What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or Certificate: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or Manufacturing or Industrial Technology.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the automation field, able to work independently without supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical skills in machine mechanical and electrical, working knowledge in machine assembly process.
  • Knowledge in reading and interpreting mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
  • Willing to travel to customers’ sites in the US for commissioning the equipment.
  • Willing to travel to the headquarters out of country for learning the new equipment functionalities and the methods of integration.
