Field Service Technician: What You Will Be Doing

Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues by diagnosing problems and delivering effective solutions to customers.
Assemble and configure machinery, including wiring, panel setup, and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality.
Collaborate with automation and vision programming teams to address system-level or software-related challenges at customer sites.
Conduct machine testing, alignment, and data collection to verify performance and meet customer acceptance requirements.
Manage customer support issues end-to-end, including escalation when needed, while also providing training and clear project updates.

Field Service Technician: What You Will Bring

Bachelor's Degree or Certificate: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or Manufacturing or Industrial Technology.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the automation field, able to work independently without supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical skills in machine mechanical and electrical, working knowledge in machine assembly process.
Knowledge in reading and interpreting mechanical drawing and electrical schematics.
Willing to travel to customers’ sites in the US for commissioning the equipment.
Willing to travel to the headquarters out of country for learning the new equipment functionalities and the methods of integration.
