Location: Onsite - Kohler, Wisconsin Opportunity The Manager – Network Deployment & Project Management is responsible for leading the execution Kitchen and Bath America's logistics and network initiatives. This role serves as the primary owner for inventory and order deployment, logistics Project Management Office, and sales enablement execution, ensuring that network strategies are translated into operationally executable, financially sound, and system-ready solutions. Supply chain deployment is the strategic implementation and execution of Kohler’s supply chain network, focusing on setting up physical, digital, and operational systems to move products from supplier/Kohler manufacturing to Kohler Warehouses. This team leads to positioning inventory in cost optimal locations, coordinating logistics, and configuring distribution networks to meet demand. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
