Pay Range
$18 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and performance. Performance-based incentive opportunities may be available, but are not guaranteed.
Schedule
Store Hours:
Full-Time Position
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at LoanMax Title Loans . This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for operational performance, team development, compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching others, and leads with integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
• Recruit, train, and coach team members
• Set performance expectations and monitor results
• Provide ongoing feedback and development
• Foster a positive, professional team culture
Operations Management
• Oversee daily store operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
• Manage office organization and supplies
Customer Service Excellence
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers
• Handle escalated concerns professionally
• Review loan applications and vehicle evaluations
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and account updates
Performance & Sales
• Drive store performance and achieve company goals
• Monitor metrics and implement improvement strategies
• Ensure strong customer follow-up and communication

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, not required
• Customer service experience required
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Ability to work scheduled rotating Saturdays

• Must be able to pass a company background screening, which may include criminal, credit, and employment verification, consistent with applicable federal and state laws.
