Quality Engineer
Manufacturing Quality Engineer – Direct Hire
Location: Hanover, PA    $65-$85K
Manpower is seeking a results-driven Quality Engineer to join an amazing team located in Hanover, PA. This role is with a well-known manufacturer that is rapidly growing! The Quality Engineer will ensure products and processes meet established quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on identifying quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality standards and control systems
• Monitor and analyze quality performance
• Inspect and test materials, processes, and finished products
• Conduct first article inspections
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Support safety and ISO compliance initiatives
• Assist with work instructions and inspection criteria
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve quality concerns

• Manufacturing or production quality experience required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with measuring devices and inspection techniques
• Working knowledge of ISO standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency (ERP/MRP systems, Outlook, Excel, Word)
