Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI Opportunity The Electrical Planner and Scheduler is responsible for improving plant reliability, safety, and cost control through the effective planning and scheduling of non‑reactive electrical maintenance work. This role leverages strong industrial electrical knowledge to develop job plans, labor and material estimates, and make independent decisions that minimize downtime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). In addition, the position provides planning and scheduling support for Central Construction projects as capacity allows, ensuring maintenance and construction activities are integrated to minimize operational impact. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
