Looking for nanny/household manager for busy family with three (adorable) kids

Busy family near Cheesman Park seeks a nanny/household manager for three children (4.5, 2.5, 1). Duties include: preschool pickup, help with dinner/bedtime, occasional solo childcare and activities, family laundry, making dinner, dishes/tidying, organizing kid messes, occasional groceries/errands, occasional date-night/weekend care. Current schedule is 3–8pm Mon–Thu (20 hrs/week), with potential for full-time and a long-term role. Must have childcare experience and references, a reliable car and safe driving record, enjoy active/outdoor time, and be organized, flexible, and self-directed.
