TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Jackson, MI.

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Details

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday - Friday & Sunday, 7pm Start, 10-11 hour shift

Pay: $28 Per Hour

Route Type: Local, farthest they travel to is Petoskey, they also go to Fort Wayne, Kalamazoo and Toledo.

Freight / Load Type: Bread and Bread products

Equipment: Automatic transmission

Handling: Touch freight, Dolly and hand unload

CDL A Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Endorsements: None

Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Responsibilities:

Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes

Transport bread and bread products in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including dolly and hand unload

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Meet the physical demands of the role, including [lifting, climbing, strapping, tarping, etc., if applicable]
