TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Knoxville, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

CDL A Driver Details

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4:30PM

Pay: $26/hour; $1,050/week

Route Type: local

Freight / Load Type: Soil and Mulch

Equipment: Live Bottom(walking floors/belt trailers) End dumps

Handling: light touch -

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

License: CDL A

Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience

Equipment Experience: Will Train
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL A Driver Responsibilities:

Safely operate a flatbed truck on local routes

Transport pipes, valves, and fittings in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

Perform required handling tasks including strapping, lifting

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations

Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs. strapping
