Your Role:

In the heart of our mission, our Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and functionality. The Stellar way is characterized by compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to individualized care. Your duties will include:

  • Evaluate Residents’ Functional Abilities and Develop Individualized Treatment Plans
  • Provide Therapeutic Interventions to Improve Daily Living Skills (ADLs)
  • Assist Residents with Adaptive Techniques and Use of Assistive Equipment
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care
  • Educate Residents and Families on Therapy Goals and Progress
  • Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation in Compliance with Regulations
  • Monitor and Adjust Treatment Plans Based on Resident Progress

Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist License in Good Standing
  • Degree from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Strong Clinical, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
  • Commitment to Delivering High-Quality, Resident-Centered Care
  • A Genuine Passion for Helping Seniors Maintain Independence
