A Blender Operator will be doing various tasks including, measuring/weighing raw materials and counts accurately, reads and distinguishes raw material ingredients and lot numbers, cleaning work area, safely stacks bags on pallet, maintain safety standards, communicating with coworkers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities:

• Read and distinguish raw material ingredients and lot numbers to ensure correct usage
• Follow formulas and mixing instructions precisely to achieve desired product quality
• Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and team leads
• Measure, weigh, and count raw materials accurately for each batch
• Assume responsibility for basic quality assurance concerning raw materials and equipment
• Clean and sanitize blending equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards
• Complete daily assignments with minimal supervision, prioritizing efficiency and accuracy
• Place product designated for rework into drums or other containers as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout your shift
• Safely stack bags on pallets, ensuring stability and safety compliance
