As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and thoughtfully track and document each child's growth.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of every child in your care
• Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones

Are You Qualified?

The most important thing is that you love working with young children. Some of our best educators have come from customer service, healthcare, retail, and beyond, so if you're passionate and meet the qualifications below, we'd love to connect.

Required Qualifications:

• WA State ECE Certificate or a degree in Early Childhood Education or Education
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a school or childcare setting
• Ability to meet WA State licensing and staff file requirements
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage warmly with families and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education
  
  

Preferred:

• Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred

Compensation: $23.00 – 30.00/hour, depending on education and experience
Bonus: $3,000 hiring bonus (paid after 120 days post-hire)
